Cancellation policy camping pitches
- Free cancellation when canceling at least 30 days prior to arrival.
- Refund of 90 % of the down payment when canceling between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival.
- Refund of 50% of the down payment when canceling between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival.
- Lost of 100% of the down payment when canceling 6 days prior to arrival.
- In case of late arrival or early departure no discount or refund is applicable.
Cancellation policy rental accommodations
- Free cancellation when canceling at least 60 days prior to arrival.
- Refund of 90 % of the down payment when canceling between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival.
- Refund of 50% of the down payment when canceling between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival.
- Lost of 100% of the down payment when canceling 14 days prior to arrival.
- In case of late arrival or early departure no discount or refund is applicable.
Cancellation Guarantee Covid-19.
We will refund 100% of the down paymet if you give us notice up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date, provided that at least one of these following assumptions or situations are met:
- Closure of the borders of Spain.
- Your country of residence closes borders and/or your city of residence is confined.
- You cannot enjoy your stay because the campsite is closed.
